As a Vice-Principal who has been trying to take advantage of new network technologies combined with the resources of the internet, I have spent a lot of time seeking out projects on the internet to participate in. During my searches I was attracted to the concepts of the WEBQUEST. I quickly found that using the methods you had described was a very powerful motivator for students and a very powerful motivator for teachers who were having trouble conceptualizing how the new technologies could be used.
