Since the beginning, higher level thinking has been a part of the definition of a WebQuest. In the ten years since then, this has been the hardest part for some teachers to implement. If you do a Google Search for the word "WebQuest", many of the lessons you'll find (even on the first page of the 1,000,000+ results) tend not to meet that standard. They may have the superficial appearance of a WebQuest (Introduction, Task, Process, etc.) but they are only asking learners to recall or apply lower level thinking. How can YOU do better than that?
