This lesson was developed to support Missouri's eMINTS Project staff development. It may be successfully used as part of any staff development where teachers have some familiarity with the WebQuest model and the goal is to make sure that the WebQuests they use or create are at Bloom's higher levels.

Implementing the exercise should take about an hour and a half. Be sure to include enough time to debrief the exercise. You might find it useful to create an Excel spreadsheet and fill it in with the rankings of each group as you collect them at the end. Use the differences and consensus on those rankings to drive the discussion. There is, of course, no single right answer.
